With our “bulk fireplace” inspection and sweeping service we can take the hassle and aggravation out of numerous trips and constant building entry at the property. We offer level 1 (visual) and level 2 (camera) inspections in bulk. Usually, the level 1 will satisfy the insurance company’s request, but it’s best to double check your policy for specifications.
You can have one owner or a representative from your management company meet us at the building. If you have a management company overseeing the building, this is a service that they probably provide. We will begin at the highest or lowest numbered unit and work sequentially. If you’re comfortable, we’re even happy to pick up the keys to the building at the managing office and drop them back off when we’re done. We have great relationships with many of the local property management firms in the area.
