You can have one owner or a representative from your management company meet us at the building. If you have a management company overseeing the building, this is a service that they probably provide. We will begin at the highest or lowest numbered unit and work sequentially. If you’re comfortable, we’re even happy to pick up the keys to the building at the managing office and drop them back off when we’re done.
